Materials, delivery and terms before you decide

Materials and delivery
You provide finished text, your logo, images and the necessary access. We confirm a delivery date in the quote based on scope and receipt of your materials.

Revisions and changes
The number of revision rounds and an approval plan are stated in the quote. Work outside the agreed scope is priced and approved before we start.

Payment and ongoing agreements
The payment schedule, monthly billing start date, any minimum term and cancellation notice are set out in the written quote before you accept. Ongoing SEO and AI visibility are optional.

Ownership and access
The quote describes ownership of code and content, domain and hosting access, and any third-party licences. We agree which areas you can edit yourself; a CMS is only included where stated.

Cancellation and handover
We agree in writing how code, content and access are handed over when the agreement ends, and the cost of any migration assistance. Support scope and response times are also stated in the quote.
