Information and purposes
The contact form collects your name, email, subject and message. The quote form also collects your company, phone number, country code, optional website, project description and selected services. The app form collects your name, email, phone number, country code, app type, category and idea.
We use this information to respond, clarify your requirements, prepare quotes and manage any resulting working relationship. Fields marked required are needed for that form. You can also contact us directly by email.
Submission also involves processing your IP address, time and a technical reference for delivery and spam prevention. Hosting and form providers may process technical logs of IP addresses, browsers, requested pages and errors for operations and security.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit national identification numbers, payment card details or sensitive personal data in these forms.
Legal basis
Enquiries and business customer contact details are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interests are responding to enquiries, running our business, managing customer relationships and protecting the service against abuse.
If you are personally a party to a contract, we use Article 6(1)(b) where processing is necessary for that contract or pre-contractual steps at your request. Statutory accounting is processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Providers and recipients
Web3Forms (Web3Creative) receives and forwards forms by email. It uses sub-processors for hosting, delivery, security and spam protection; IP and email addresses may be sent to CleanTalk and Akismet.

Simply.com provides hosting and email. Relevant DespotSoft staff can access your enquiry. Information may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or specific legal claims.
Fonts are loaded from Adobe Fonts, which receives your IP address for delivery. Adobe states that font delivery does not set cookies or store the IP address. Read about Adobe Fonts.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Web3Forms operates from India and uses international infrastructure, so form data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. The provider’s data processing agreement describes the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the relevant safeguards and a copy of them.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are retained while we handle them. After closure, the criterion is whether the data is still necessary for a current quote, an ongoing working relationship, statutory documentation or a specific legal claim. Data without such a purpose must be deleted. A possible future working relationship alone is not a reason to keep it.
Web3Forms states a maximum retention of three years for submissions unless the plan has a shorter period or the data is deleted earlier. See the provider’s retention policy.
Technical logs are processed by providers according to their operational and security needs. Contact us for retention information about your specific enquiry or to request deletion.
Cookies and browser storage
The website’s own code does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Form delivery status and a reference are stored in sessionStorage to prevent duplicate submissions. This starts only when you submit and does not contain your message or contact details in plain text.
If you select “Remember my choices in this tab”, the configurator saves your product choices. If you select “Save my draft in this tab”, it saves your app idea, name, email, phone number and country code. Storage is optional and used only to restore what you asked us to remember.
Drafts are stored in the current browser session and can be restored for up to 24 hours after the last save. Expired drafts are deleted on the next access. Disabling the option or a confirmed submission deletes the draft. Session data is normally removed when the browser ends the session; tab restoration may preserve it longer.
You can use the forms without saving a draft. Your browser settings can be used to delete all local data for this website.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Erasure may be limited by statutory retention or necessary legal claims.
Write to mail@despotsoft.com. We normally respond to your request within one month. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

This policy is updated when our processing of information changes.
