Business customers and non-binding enquiries
The website’s prices and offers are intended for business customers. Submitting a form or using the configurator is a non-binding enquiry. It does not order a project or subscription.
Prices and scope
Business prices are shown in Danish kroner excluding VAT. Starting prices apply to the described base scope. One-time development, ongoing operations and optional services are shown separately. External licences and usage charges are clarified in the quote.
The final quote describes deliverables, options, the customer’s contributions and the total price. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
Agreement, payment and delivery
Before work begins, we agree the scope, price, payment schedule and delivery in writing. The specific agreement also sets any deadlines for materials and approvals. An automatic enquiry receipt is not an order confirmation.
Operations and termination
Ongoing operations, support, maintenance and marketing are described in the specific agreement, including price, scope, start date, any minimum term and notice period. These points must be settled before the agreement is made. Sending an enquiry does not create an ongoing agreement.
Code, design and customer materials
Ownership and usage rights for code, design, content, domains and accounts are agreed in writing before the project starts. Third-party software, fonts and other licences follow their own terms. The customer must hold the necessary rights to materials supplied for the project.
Personal data in customer projects
If DespotSoft will process personal data on a customer’s behalf, roles, instructions and the necessary data processing agreement must be settled before processing starts. The website’s privacy policy describes how enquiries to us are handled.
